How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Canada Letter mail: 2–10 business days
- Tracked Shipping: 1–5 business days across Canada
Are your baits hand-poured?
Yes. Every RD Baits lure is hand-poured using quality plastisol, premium colorants, and carefully selected materials.
What species are your baits designed for?
Our baits are designed primarily for bass but are also highly effective for pike, walleye, and other freshwater predator fish.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. Tracked shipping is available at checkout. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped with Canada Post or another trusted carrier.
Why did my shipping cost change?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. Larger orders may require a different shipping method, which can increase shipping costs.
Can I return my order?
Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Do your soft plastics float?
Buoyancy varies depending on the bait design and plastic formulation. Product descriptions will indicate any specific floating or sinking characteristics.
Will lure colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent our products, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the hand-pouring process.
Can I fish tournaments with RD Baits?
Absolutely! Our baits are designed for anglers of all skill levels, from casual weekend fishing to competitive tournaments.
Where are RD Baits products made?
All RD Baits soft plastics are proudly hand-poured in Ontario, Canada.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracked package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Untracked Lettermail does not include tracking and delivery times are estimates.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
U.S. customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Most small orders ship without issue, but any charges imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
